I have made your cheese recipes before, pretty sure I’ve made like 87% of your recipes in general! 😀 So I know they’ll be amazing!But school and work and house chores can be so overwhelming and sometimes I skip recipes because I haven’t made any cheese. I have tried your decadent white cheese and it is truly decadent! The flavour is exquisite! I’m not vegan, however I am lactose intolerant and this is the perfect cheese for me!
Anne Hi there and many thanks for dropping by here. I am delighted that you have tried and enjoyed my white mature style cheese. There are thousands of lactose intolerant people in Malta alone, some still not aware of this. The great thing is that it is also cholesterol free which is a bonus too. I have developed a fantastic mozzarella cheese that melts and stretches and more to the point tastes great, again it’s all dairy free, cholesterol free too – that should be available soon too – that way you can enjoy pizzas and where the recipe calls for dairy you will have a cheese to hand that won’t harm you. Hope you enjoy the others available too at some point (golden cheddar and blue – ask for samples if available). Best your way in the meantime ! 🙂

Hi Miriam, on the subject of cheese, I have got your mouthwatering vegan cookbook, which I love and am about to purchase a second copy for my sister… However, I have a question regarding cornmeal listed in the ingredients for the mature cheddar cheese recipe. Do you mean corn flour made from maize or polenta or cornflour the starch? I cannot find cornmeal anywhere here in UK.
Hi there April the child (don’t have your name) – thanks for dropping by here. You need to purchase POLENTA you will find this in most supermarkets, it’s the slightly yellow grainy stuff.
