    In the frosting, is the dark chocolate unsweetened? And the chocolate powder–is that the same as cocoa, or is it a different type of ingredient.

    Rachel Hi there and welcome here. The chocolate is sweetened. The chocolate powder is UNSWEETENED cocoa powder (sorry the caps but wanted to emphasize this for your shopping list, as it can be confusing). Best, and hope you make and enjoy it Rachel, let me know how it goes. Cheers !
